The human race is thought to be alone, preeminent in its intelligence and therefore unable to communicate with other creatures. Dr. Lilly attempts to end this way of thinking. This is his record of the scientific voyage to communicate with another species who also have large brains and who've lived alongside us for millenia.
"Eventually it may be possible for humans to speak with another species. I have come to this conclusion after careful consideration of evidence gained through my research experiments with dolphins."
