FSG: 1965. Octavo. First edition, third printing. Inscribed by Berryman on the first free end paper. Midnight blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering along the spine. Back board ever so slightly bowed, else fine. Unclipped jacket has five small yellow stains to the front cover, but remains bright and handsome. Book is near fine, jacket is very good.
