San Francisco: Maya Quarto Seven, 1970. Pale blue sewn paper wraps with printed paper pastedown, some finger indentations from rough handling. Designed and printed by Clifford Burke at Cranium Press. 12 pages. First edition, one of 250 copies printed on Curtis paper. Near fine.
The binding is conservative, but the rest of the book is not. A strange erotic poem, later re-issued with a picture of a naked woman on the cover. We prefer this more discrete format.
"he imagined chasing her stark naked through the salem woods
with a whip in
beating the trees & came
right there in the church"
